Come to the cafe for great food and all the smiles! We appear at the HUB like magic on Fridays from 8:30-2, with breakfast bagels, fresh in-house baking, barista-made coffee and other beverages. Our tasty lunch menu starts at 11:30.

This classic Vietnamese sandwich is the perfect combo of fresh and crisp plus warm and comforting. It features lemongrass pork topped with pickled carrots and daikon, cucumbers and cilantro all served on a soft and crusty baguette. Optional jalapenos if you like it a little spicy.

This gussied-up classic features local eggs, herbs and pickles, is served on soft and delicious sourdough bread and comes accompanied by a zingy pickled salad that includes cucumbers, cabbage and radishes. It's both homey and bright, and just the thing for April. All in support of your friendly neighbourhood non-profit community centre. You can buy fair-style tickets at the welcome table and choose which activities to spend them on.
