Thanks to your enthusiastic feedback, Zumba + Lift is officially coming to the Hub! We’ll have a free intro class on Tuesday, May 5 at 10:30am. Sheree will walk you through new movement and equipment, and you can test out the new program to see if it’s right for you.
A Zumba® Fitness class involves dance and aerobic elements that incorporate Latin-Style music! Different music like Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Belly dancing, Samba, ChaCha, Tango and Hip Hop. Zumba® classes are designed to be approachable for all, regardless of fitness level, co-ordination or dance experience. Come prepared to sweat and leave empowered and feeling strong.
Bring indoor runners please – it’s better for the studio floors and better for your feet. Comfortable clothes, a towel and a bottle of water is all you need. Plus be ready to have fun!
